The discussion questions included in the activity offer a variety of ways to deepen learning and reflection.You don't need to write like a Nobel Prize winner or commit to a life practice right away. Start small by writing down how you feel, something you did yesterday, something you're excited about, or someone you're thinking about. Do this for a week and then build on it. You can also start by writing down things you're thankful for or a sentence about the way of thinking with which you are going to start the day.
